A&K Dynamic-Services coordinates your care journey. Every clinical decision — diagnosis, prescription and treatment — stays with the authorised doctor and hospital you select.

We provide registration, discovery of verified providers, appointment booking, digital waiting, consultation infrastructure, order tracking for investigations and medicines, and notifications. We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical treatment.

• Not an emergency medical service or a substitute for one.
• Not a diagnostic device. The app does not measure or diagnose any condition.
• Not a source of medical advice. Any AI feature assists the doctor with documentation and summaries only, and is never shown to you as a diagnosis.

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Accounts for staff roles are issued by the partner organisation and A&K, and may be withdrawn.

Only partners that have completed the onboarding lifecycle — invited, verified, approved, active and published — are shown to patients. We do not claim any regulatory approval, hospital accreditation, medical-device approval or legal certification that has not actually been obtained.

• Fees are set by the provider and shown before you confirm.
• A service is marked paid only after the payment provider confirms success. Failed and cancelled payments leave the service unpaid and the appointment unconfirmed.
• Refunds, where applicable, follow the provider's policy and are processed back to the original payment method.
• Where this build still shows a demo payment rail, no money is charged and no service is legally sold.

If your condition is or may be an emergency, stop using the app and seek immediate physical medical care or call your local emergency number. Ambulance coordination is offered only where an approved partner exists in your area.

Do not impersonate another person, attempt to access records that are not yours, or use the platform to obtain medicines or investigations without a valid prescription or order from the treating doctor.
