Android (Chrome)

  1. Open g-one sathi in Chrome on your Android phone.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu at the top right.
  3. Tap "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
  4. Confirm the name and tap Install — the G-One Sathi icon appears on your home screen.

iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open g-one sathi in Safari on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow).
  3. Scroll and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. Tap Add — the G-One Sathi icon appears on your home screen.

Client usage SOP

Follow these ten steps in order. Each one takes a minute or less.

    Step 1 — Install

    Install the app using the buttons above, or add it to your home screen.

  2. 2

    Step 2 — Register once

    Enter your name and mobile number. Your Unique Health ID (UHID) is created automatically.

    Step 3 — Complete your profile

    Age, blood group, allergies, long-term conditions and an emergency contact. This keeps your treatment safe.

    Step 4 — Allow notifications

    Say yes when the phone asks. Appointment, token, report, prescription and delivery updates arrive there.

    Step 5 — Choose the care you need

    Hospital, doctor, specialty, diagnostic test, medicine or emergency.

    Step 6 — Pick a verified provider near you

    Only verified, approved and published partners are shown, with distance and opening hours.

    Step 7 — Raise your request

    Tell us what you need and when. You receive a request number immediately.

    Step 8 — Talk to Sathi or WhatsApp us

    The in-app AI assistant answers instantly and hands your request to our coordination desk on WhatsApp.

    Step 9 — We coordinate

    Our coordinator contacts the provider, books your slot and confirms back to you.

    Step 10 — Track everything

    Appointment, consultation, tests, reports, prescription, medicine and follow-up in one journey view.
