How to use G-One Sathi
Tell G-One Sathi what healthcare you need. We coordinate the rest. Follow these steps in order — each one takes a minute or less.
In an emergency, do not wait for the app
Chest pain, severe bleeding, breathlessness, unconsciousness, stroke signs, serious injury or a poisoning — go to the nearest hospital immediately or call your local emergency number. G-One Sathi is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Install and open the app
Install G-One Sathi from Google Play or the App Store, or add it to your phone's home screen in one tap.

Receive your UHID
Your Unique Health ID is created automatically. Every appointment, report and prescription stays linked to it.

Complete your profile
Add age, blood group, allergies, long-term conditions and an emergency contact. This helps the doctor treat you safely.

Choose the care you need
Hospital, doctor, specialty, diagnostic test, medicine or emergency — pick one and we coordinate the rest.

Select a verified provider
Pick your city, then a verified and published hospital or clinic. We never show unverified providers.

Select the department
Choose the medical department that matches your problem. Not sure? Choose the specialty search and we will guide you.

Select the doctor
You will see qualification, hospital, languages, consultation mode, availability and the approved fee before you decide.

Book your appointment
Choose a slot and online or in-person care. You receive an appointment number and token.

Give consent
Simple, clear consent for consultation, video and use of your health information. You can read exactly what you agree to.

Pay the consultation fee
You get a payment confirmation, reference number and receipt. An unpaid service is never marked paid.

Attend the consultation
Join the waiting room; the doctor calls you in. Video, audio and chat are available.

Tests, if the doctor orders them
The doctor raises a test order. You pay, the laboratory collects the sample and processes it.

Report
Your report is uploaded securely and appears in your care journey. Only you and your treating team can open it.

Doctor reviews the report
The doctor reads the report and records a conclusion. The final decision is always the doctor's.

Prescription
Once released, your prescription appears in the app with dosage, duration and advice.

Medicine delivery
Confirm your address and contact number. You can track the order until it reaches you.

Follow-up
You receive a reminder for your follow-up visit and any repeat tests the doctor planned.
What we promise you
- You always see what happened, what is happening and what happens next.
- Only verified and approved hospitals, clinics and doctors are shown.
- Your records are yours. No other patient can ever see them.
- Any AI assistance supports the doctor only. It never diagnoses you, prescribes or changes your medicine.
